Refurbished laptops from RepowerIT have been fully tested by our technicians for function, and are in good overall cosmetic condition. Since our refurbished laptops are not new, some wear is to be expected, but it must meet what we consider to be reasonable wear through normal use.
"What's considered reasonable wear?" The refurbishment process involves a close inspection of screens, cases, and the adapter for signs of damage or excessive wear. Battery health is checked to ensure it still holds a healthy charge, and in certain cases, a new battery may have been installed. Screens should be in excellent condition. If a laptop has any observable screen problem while powered on, it would be sold in our Scratch & Dent Laptops category instead.
