Return Policy

Customers can initiate a return for pre-owned condition items within 15 days of delivery or pickup. Returns are not accepted for any equipment which has been damaged or permanently modified by the customer.

Returns of Pre-Owned Equipment

For pre-owned condition (any condition other than new) orders which were shipped, RepowerIT will pay the return shipping cost if the item was returned due to functional issues or damage which RepowerIT failed to disclose prior to shipment from our facility. If the return is due to the customer changing their mind or being dissatisfied with the item, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact our support team to initiate a return and request an RMA #. Do not return an item without an RMA # as it will be difficult to track upon receipt.

For local pickup orders, you may return the item received for any reason within 15 days of receiving it, if the item was in pre-owned condition. 

Returns of New Equipment

Returns of new condition equipment are considered on a case by case basis, and if granted, may be subject to a significant restocking fee (up to 75%), however RepowerIT reserves the right to reject returns of equipment which was sold in new condition.
