GRADE C
Product has MORE VISIBLE cosmetic imperfections, although is still fully functional. Grade C products will typically have any/all of the following: deeper scratches/blemishes, a larger number of cosmetic imperfections, case discoloration (varying in severity), obvious dents, and/or hairline cracks which do not impact performance.
- Moderate scratches, scuffing, or wear
- Hairline cracks and/or chipped plastics, rattles, discoloration, not impacting performance
- If the device has a screen, it may have noticeable screen blemishes including scratches, scuffs, minor pressure marks, or up to 5 dead pixels
- If the device has a keyboard/touchpad, it may have more serious wear including rubbed off paint and/or letters
GRADE D
Product is in POOR condition. It has been tested to power on, but performance may be impacted. It will have any/all of the following issues:
- Excessive deep scratches, dents, scuffs, chips, or other cosmetic imperfections
- Cracked/damaged casing
- Damaged or missing pieces
- If the unit has a screen, it may have a discolored tint, backlight/display issues, lines down the screen, patches of dead pixels, or severe scratches/pressure marks
- If the unit has a keyboard, it may have missing, damaged, or stuck keys
